Access to single and multi-agency training and ongoing professional development is vital if practitioners are to have the skills and confidence to identify violence and abuse and provide effective and safe support. I am an experienced trainer, and I have also been responsible for developing and overseeing an integrated multi-agency training strategy and network of champions.
